Any defect or complaints can be referred to the company's customer care cell at 1800 222 700 or can be emailed to us at customercare@auffullen.com The customer's complaints will be redressed as soon as possible. You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken, or if the package is compromised, or wrong product delivered or the product is post-expiration date or in case of incomplete order / missing products.

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  1. Products are opened, used, or altered.
  2. Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  3. Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  4. Damaged/missing product is reported outside the specified time frame
  5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
  6. The product is being returned for a reason other than a manufacturing defect.

  • That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), we have the right in our sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
